Katrina explained the various options available and what would suit my face best, there was no pressure at any stage and we chatted through everything before I got any treatment. I’m a bit of a needle phobic, but Katrina has such a calm & professional manor, she really put me at ease.  I’ve had 2 treatments of Profhilo on my face and chest, 6 weeks apart (not sure they’re both Profhilo?), and already seeing a great improvement.
